PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

PERMISSION TO USE IMAGE
- During the event, Project Tech Careers may arrange photo sessions and may film the course of the event for the purposes of broadcasting in the media (TV, radio, Internet, press) or for the purposes of documentation, marketing, or advertising for PTC or other parties named by us. By registering the participants give their implicit permission for the recording, use and/or dissemination by PTC, parties related to it of each participant’s image, voice, expression in any promotional and marketing materials without limitation of time or territory.
- This permission means specifically that photo, video and audio recordings taken during the event may be placed on the event website or another website managed by PTC, as well as used in marketing materials, including by dissemination in audio or video formats. The participant hereby weave any claims (existing or future), including for compensation from the Organiser for such use of their image, voice or expression for the purposes defined hereunder.
- If the participant does not wish to be photographed or be present in any sort of media, Project Tech Careers will remove any media in which the Participant is present upon request.
Project Tech Careers ("PTC" or “we” or “us” or “our”) is committed to delivering quality events for our event participants (“participants” or “you”).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
To participate in the event, participants must:
- Register for the event, which can be done exclusively via an online form available at on PTC's website; and
- Pay the event fee (if applicate)
- Ticket fees are non-refundable
- PTC reserves the right to modify the list of speakers and/or the agenda for reasons beyond its control. PTC is not liable in any way for damages vis-à-vis the participants during the event.
- PTC reserves the right to alter the event date for reasons beyond our control. In such event, participants have the right to cancel their registration free of charge. Project Tech Careers is not responsible for covering any additional expenses made in association with the event.
- The number of registration places is limited. Registration is open on a first come first serve basis.
- During their registration process, participants must fill all fields marked (*) and thereby guaranteeing that all details in the fields are accurate.
FINAL PROVISIONS
- PTC reserves the right to use the participant's email address specified upon registration to make send notifications to the participant, including that about changes in the event programme or our Participant Agreement.
- Participants are required to observe the regulations document applicable at the venue of the event, including principles of general safety, fire safety and security.
- During the event, the participant must follow any housekeeping instructions that may be given by PTC and in particular must refrain from recording keynote presentations (in audio, video and photo formats, or any combination thereof).
- Should the participant be found to be in breach of the event agreements, PTC reserves the right to refuse the participant the right to participate in the remainder of the event and request them to leave the event site or venue.
- PTC reserves the right to reject registration requests once the limit is reached.
- PTC reserves the right to make changes in our Participant Agreement. PTC will announce any changes to our agreement by email; participants should read such changes immediately. Participants who do not accept any of the changes should notify us of their position in writing via electronic channels.
- PTC is not liable whatsoever for any property that may be lost, destroyed or stolen during the Event.
- The participant is fully liable for any damage they cause both in the venues involved in any event activities and in their accommodation.
- By registering, the participant accepts these regulations as well as the PTC Code of Conduct.
CODE OF CONDUCT
By registering for Project Tech Careers events, participants agree to abide by the Project Tech Careers Code of Conduct:
- Participants are expected to be respectful to others
- Zero tolerance for the following:
- Harassment;
- Discrimination on the basis of race, nationality, ethnicity, colour, religion, sex, gender and gender expression, age, mental and physical disabilities and sexual orientation;
- Consumption of illegal substances;
- Usage of illegal objects.
- Participants are expected to conform to the rules of the establishment in which the activities take place.
Any disregard of the Code of Conduct is basis for expulsion from the event.
