The Sponsorship Officer is in charge of securing and communicating with sponsors for the conference event. As the Sponsorship Officer, you will develop the sponsorship package for your event, lead the search for monetary and non-monetary sponsors, and work with our CCO to draft grant applications.

Comfortable with cold-emailing and cold-calling.

The Audio Producer will utlize audio producing tools to edit the content and evaluate content pitches/volume/qualities from the hosts of the podcast. As well, they will communicate with the co-host to make edits to drafts of recordings.
Interest in audio producing and podcasts.
Experience in using Digial Audio Workstations (DAW) are an asset.

The Marketing Officer is in charge of all marketing and design aspects of the conference event. As Marketing Officer, you will manage the regional Instagram account, develop a marketing plan, and create graphic and video content for social media and the event (e.g. slides, posters, signs).

The Senior Editor oversees our monthly publication of The Array by leading weekly/biweekly committee meetings. They are responsible for delegating tasks among committee members to produce newsletters and hold members accountable for the end product. Senior Editors report directly to the HoP through weekly/biweekly meetings to communicate monthly topics and brainstorm future goals and visions.
