There is one residence building on the Sexton Campus, Gerard Hall. This residence has double, single and super single (large single) rooms, from lowest to highest price respectively. Meal plans are mandatory. Rooms come with 1 or 2 beds depending on if they’re single or double rooms, a desk for each student and a dresser for each student. Bathrooms are shared on each floor, all-gender with private toilet and shower rooms (doors are floor to ceiling). Gerard Hall also has lounges, a TV and game room and other amenities. It is close to the Halifax Waterfront, Central Library and everything in central downtown.
